Nut-free Energy Balls

The Recipe:

--> Makes about 10 balls

Ingredients:


  • 100g Sunflower seeds

  • 260g Medjool dates

  • 25g Raw cacao powder


Method:

  1. Pop the seeds into a food processor and blend to a sand-like consistency.

  2. Next, tip in the cacao and dates and blend until a ball of dough is formed (this will take a few minutes so don’t give up on it too quickly!).

  3. Divide the mixture into roughly 10 balls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before eating.

  4. ENJOY!
