The Recipe:
--> Makes about 10 balls
Ingredients:
100g Sunflower seeds
260g Medjool dates
25g Raw cacao powder
Method:
Pop the seeds into a food processor and blend to a sand-like consistency.
Next, tip in the cacao and dates and blend until a ball of dough is formed (this will take a few minutes so don’t give up on it too quickly!).
Divide the mixture into roughly 10 balls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before eating.
